André 3000's father, Lawrence Walker, has passed away. A rep for the veteran rapper confirmed the news with Straight From the A that André's dad passed away on Wednesday, February 12. According to the Atlanta-based website, Walker was chopping wood outside for his fireplace. When he came back inside his home, he suffered an apparent heart attack. Last May, André 3000 lost his mother Sharon Benjamin-Hodo a day after his 38th birthday. Our condolences go out to André and his family.
