Alleged Surveillance Footage Shows Justin Bieber Was Not Drag Racing

He was doing 27 in a 30. Not 60.

Last week, Justin Bieber was arrested in Miami for driving under the influence, drag racing, and resisting arrest. According to TMZ, who have claimed to obtain surveillance footage from the scene of the crime, Bieber and friend (and race opponent) Khalil were not even racing at all. Khalil's red Ferrari trailed behind Bieber's yellow Lamborghini while an SUV drove parallel to them, making it logistically impossible for Khalil to try to pass Bieber.

It was also reported the two were driving 60MPH in a 30 zone. TMZ also alleges that the rental place has offered up the recorded speed from the GPS tracking device in the car and Bieber was only driving 27MPH.
