Insomniac, the behemoth dance music company that puts on some of the biggest shows and festivals in the United States, is looking to expand their horizons (and perhaps capture a bit more of the market) by starting its own record label, Insomniac Records. The announcement was made on the most recent episode of The Drop Show by the Artistic Performance Director of Insomniac, Bunny. Based on the comments made by Bunny on that segment of the show (which starts at around the 47:45 mark) it would appear that this record label is going to be an extension of the Insomniac Discovery Project which has past winners such as gLAdiator, James Egbert, Singularity, and Paris & Simo.
