Exclusive: Danny Brown's "Five Minutes To The Stage"

Just before he performs in front of a packed crowd at Terminal 5 in NYC.

Myspace filmed Danny Brown back in November while he was getting ready to perform at Terminal 5 in NYC for their "Five Minutes To The Stage" series. As his DJ, Skywlkr, plays some music in the background, Brown sits down and explains his pre-show rituals. He says that he prefers to "smoke a lot of weed and drink a little" to settle last minute nerves. For Brown to bring his full energy to the crowd, he needs to be comfortable. He also talks about his past experiences in NYC, explaining he's played sold out shows in the Big Apple, but that he has also had shows where only eight people showed up. Clearly, the latter was not the case at Terminal 5.
