Big Sean has had a quiet few months, but he breaks the silence tonight by dropping a song and its accompanying video in one quick hit. Produced by Key Wane and Travi$ Scott, "1st Quarter Freestyle" is full of Sean's signature punchlines and wit, and it also features an alley oop to the rest of his home city of Detroit, shouting out artists like Danny Brown, Doughboyz Cashout, Boldy James, Dusty McFlyRo Spit and others.

As for what he's been doing lately? Fielding calls from friends trying to hook up with Ariana Grande, it seems. And crafting some pretty great bars, apparently. Big Sean's looking to prove something:

From here on out its murder…. 1st Quarter Freestyle (Prod. @Key_Wane Co Prod. @trvisXX) http://t.co/SIn97Fm9lw Enjoy!

As far as this one? Well, "this is for the fans that say they love the album but they fucking love the mixtapes."
