Back in December, AllHipHop put up a blog post about a rumor that Bad Boy Records would be shuttering. The post said "EVERYONE was fired from the label" and that "people are either fired or they moved to other companies."
The news item was picked up today by VIBE and a few other outlets. Complex reached out to Bad Boy to confirm. A label rep told us, "There is no truth to the rumor that Bad Boy is closing. In fact, the label is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year."
