With his forthcoming solo album Fly International Luxurious Art stuck in the ether between announcement and existence, Raekwon has been building momentum for the project with a steady stream of freestyles and remixes. The latest is "Lion's Paw Freestyle," a quick jaunt over Gang Starr's "Mass Appeal" in which the Chef whips up the type of grimy but illustrative imagery ("Sippin' martini cucumbers/watching the crew's numbers") we've long come to expect from him. As always, he makes it seem disarmingly easy.

The freestyle comes on the heels of a number of loosies, including the new original "A Rainy Day," which naturally pulls its sample from Rae's own classic "Rainy Dayz."
