Ciel Rouge has released the music video for "Kids on Levees" from his latest mixtape Love, Rouge. It's directed by the Green House Collective and finds the emerging New Orleans rapper weaving a tale of days past. Stories of getting high in school and skipping class float above a mellow backdrop. It's clear that Rouge wasn't exactly a model student in school, but he made the most of it. This is also the time where Rouge met his first love, and he raps about it at length like it's a memory he still replays in his mind. Jazz vocalist Sasha Masakowski is featured on the chorus.
