2 Chainz has released a new music video "U Da Realest." The title of the song is a reference to the rapper's close friend Puerto Rican Johnny, who died in a car accident in 2012. Chainz pays his respects by hosting friends and family of Johnny's at a barbecue. They celebrate the man's legacy and fly a Puerto Rican flag in his remembrance. "Never seen a man cry/'til you seen a man die," 2 Chainz raps on the record. It's clear they shared a close bond and it comes out in this Sharod Marcus Simpson-directed video.
"U Da Realest" is off 2 Chainz' album B.O.A.T.S II: Me Time. He'll be going on tour in support of the project next year alongside fellow Def Jam signees Pusha T and August Alsina.
