M.I.A. was one of the guests on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night. After her interview, she performed "Come Walk With Me," the single off of her latest album, Matangi. She performed the song backed by The Roots. During the interview portion of the show, she got to speak on her awkward first meeting with the legendary hip-hop band.
Apparently, she saw The Roots at a club in Japan, but when she went over to introduce herself, she collided into a glass door and fell down. As Questlove put it, it was "the coolest fall of all time."
Matangi came out this past Tuesday, November 5.
