The beef between Ja Rule and 50 Cent was an intense battle that spawned several diss records back-and-forth and resulted in Ja's solo career tanking after a lengthy reign on the top of the charts. Years later, things have changed for both artists. Ja has just been released from prison after being locked up for nearly two years. Meanwhile, 50's own solo career has been on the decline, as he continues to battle with Interscope Records to release his next album, Street King Immortal.

Before Ja began to serve his prison sentenced, he declared the beef with 50 to be over. This sentiment has also been expressed by 50 in the past. However, the two have not seen each other face-to-face in years, and it thus far was not clear what would happen if the two did bump into each other.

It appears we now know the answer.

According to Ja Rule, both 50 and him took the same plane flight last night. Not only that, the two were seated in the same row. And while Ja would not offer details about the surprise encounter, he did say that the two made it off the flight with "no problems."

It's not exactly certain where 50 and Ja were going, but it appears that the two might have been departing from Brazil. Ja was in Brazil this weekend to perform at and attend the King Festival. It is not clear what 50 might have been doing in Brazil, if he was there to begin with. Regardless, the peaceful encounter may not be a sign that the two are willing to jump on a song together, but it's certainly progress.

What are the chances me and 50 same flight same row no problems!!! #Grownmanshit
