Gucci Mane has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Waka Flocka Flame, Waka's mother Debra Antney, OJ Da Juiceman, and Zaytoven today. The lawsuit accuses these parties, along with rapper Khia Stone, of fraud, racketeering, and breach of contract. According to Gucci, Antney took control of his 1017 Records, LLC., without permission, and used it to create three separate offshoots. She was aided by Stone and Waka.
Gucci is also accusing the parties in the lawsuit of withholding royalties and inflating the cost of label expenditures. He has also claimed that Antney seized his assets and stole a ring and a neckalace. Gucci reportedly wants the jewelry returned to him, as well as Waka's and his mother's assets frozen by the court.
This is the first time that Gucci has resorted to litigation to address grievances he has with Brick Squad members. Earlier this year, he had been using Twitter as a medium to attack Waka and others.
