Back in the early '90s, Lil Cease and The Notorious B.I.G. were inseparable. The then-teenage Cease (born James Lloyd) learned everything he knew about the rap game from Biggie, and as a part of Junior M.A.F.I.A. they even collected a few hits together. However, that wasn't the case when Biggie went to a recording session for Michael Jackson's 1995 album HIStory: Past, Present and Future, Book I, when he told Cease to stay behind.

During Cipha Sounds' "Don't Get Gassed" comedy show, Cease says it was an unexpected gesture from Biggie, as he thought he was going to meet the King of Pop that day. "Right before we pull up, now I'm getting excited like, 'Oh this shit is real. I'm 16-years-old, I'm about to meet Mike? I'm about to style on niggas," Cease says. "We pull up, a big security guard comes out with the shades on, suited up, he comes in and grabs Biggie. I'm about to walk in, B.I.G. stopped me and goes, 'Hold on, where you going?'"

Lil Cease goes on to say that Biggie's reasoning was, "I don't trust Michael with kids." Watch the full clip above.
