On the heels of unveiling the release date for his much anticipated album Mastermind, Rick Ross drops a video trailer for the project that comes out December 17.

It features raw footage of Ross back in 1999 before he became a star. "Ya'll going to be seeing a lot of me man. Ya'll gonna be playing this shit years to come," he declares. The rest of the 2-minute clip outlines the success he's had over the span of five albums, four of which have debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. That's without mentioning his own label Maybach Music Group, a number of flourishing artists under his watch and other business ventures that have transformed Ross into one of rap's elite individuals. He's truly a mastermind, and his album hasn't even come out yet.
