It looks like there was no beef between J. Cole and Diddy.

The rumor was that the two had gotten into a fight over Kendrick Lamar's claim that he was the "King of New York" in his "Control" verse at a VMA after-party. However, in a new video on the Revolt TV YouTube channel, the two appear together and seem to be at ease. Cole also announced that he will be putting together a show for the network.

Shortly after Cole made this announcement, the two dap up, and then Diddy attempts to recreate the alleged fight, by delivering fake jabs into Cole's ribcage. As it's a joke, Cole does nothing to protect himself from the blows. It's been almost two months since Kendrick dropped his "Control" verse, and while tensions have escalated between the Compton native and certain rappers, such as Drake and Meek Mill, most of the issues that immediately sprung from the verse have dissipated.
