I was going to give this video the benefit of the doubt. I was prepared to talk about how this track, in all of its pop-EDM glory, was just what you'd expect from Calvin Harris and Alesso, for good or ill, but then I realized something: this video looks eerily similar to the video that Skream did for his latest single, "Rollercoaster." Sure, the "disco comet" is now just a huge meteor, but the premise of what people do with their last hours before a horrendous natural disaster (and most of them going to a dance party) cannot be ignored. Not to say that two people couldn't have the same idea, but what the shit, man? The single for "Under Control" is out on November 22.
