Ugh. You can feel it already. The weather is getting colder, the days are getting shorter, and winter is coming. Which means soon enough, we'll be playing the crib when it's mink weather. This also means that we need to pull some things out of storage. Namely, our scarves, jackets, gloves, and, oh yeah, our cuffs. Why the cuffs? Because Cuffing Season is almost upon us.

What is cuffing season? Well, Websters Dictionary Urban Dictionary defines it as: "During the fall and winter months people who would normally rather be single or promiscuous find themselves along with the rest of the world desiring to be "Cuffed" or tied down by a serious relationship. The cold weather and prolonged indoor activity causes singles to become lonely and desperate to be cuffed."

While we're all in search of a winter wifey, it can be an arduous task finding one. So, we figured we'd help you out by putting together a Soundtrack For Cuffing Season. And we knew just the guy to do it: Low Key of You Heard That New? So we had Low pick out a playlist and name some of the best songs for cuffing your girl. So hold on tight and get your snuggle on, because come spring time, we'll be tryna hit the clubs instead of cupcaking with shorty...

UGK "Int'l Players Anthem (I Choose You)" (2006)

"I would HIGHLY suggest you edit this song to just the first verse. Three Stacks has found love and he's ready for you to do the same. Look up at her right now, because she's sitting next to you pissed you're head deep in this post, and mouth, "I choose you."

Floetry "Say Yes" (2002)

Not Available Interstitial

"I'm going to attack this from a different angel. I know you're probably anticipating me referring to something filthy, but I'm going to keep it clean. This is dedicated to when you pop that question of officially cuffing her. Obviously playing this in the crib after you ask her would be a bit much, but I'm sure she would totally understand it and think it's pretty sweet/sexy. And if you're lucky you might even GTD. What is GTD you ask? GET. THE. DRAWS!

New Edition "Can You Stand The Rain" (1988)

Not Available Interstitial

"Can You Stand The Rain: You're pursing a new dream/job/career and you've warned her the path you're venturing down isn't a sweet one. Can she deal with the inconsistencies of currency? Can she deal with the headaches of your selected industry? Does she even APPROVE of said career? Can she stand the rain????"

MJ & Paul McCartney "The Girl Is Mine" (1982)

Not Available Interstitial

"This might be the downside of cuffing. Let me paint a vivid picture for you: You and your homeboy have been secretly seeing this young stunna over the summer but you haven't informed one another. Cuffing season comes around and ya'll are both down for the cause to commit to her. And then it happens: YOU FIND OUT! What do you do? Do you let the best man win? Do you bow out? Cuffing season or your wingman? Choose one!"

Justin Timberlake "Set The Mood" (2007)

Not Available Interstitial

"This the first night you invite your cuff over and you have a feeling 'IT' could go down. But here's the thing: since it's the latter half of the full song and it's kind of short? You have to get to the business quick without being a creep. Remember, cuffing season is about everything BUT being a creep."

TLC "Baby, Baby, Baby" (1992)

Not Available Interstitial

"This is moreso directed at my college freshmen who have scoped out the girl on campus they're ready to 'get at.' The visual to 'Baby Baby Baby' is the most exciting way to lok at Cuffing Season: frolicking on campus chasing that cutie pie everywhere you're allowed and making your boys tag along when you attempt to invade their sleepovers. I guess you can call this the cheesy pick."

Bobby Brown "Roni" (1988)

Not Available Interstitial

"'Tenderoni' if you #NewKnuckleheads are confused. Bobby Brown, the original Bad Boy of R&B keeps it clean on 'Roni' as his intended cuffer is a wholesome girl who makes her daddy feel proud. I mean honestly, who wants a club going cuffee (if that's a word) for the fall/winter? Certainly not Mr. Brown. And I hope not you either."

Young Jeezy f/ 2 Chainz "Supafreak" (2011)

Not Available Interstitial

"A curve ball at its finest during Cuffing Season, Jeezy's always had a way with words towards the opposite sex. Nine times out of 10, your female friend or male friend knows 60% of Jeezy's catalogue. This might win them over as long as 'Trap Or Die' doesn't follow directly after."

Usher f/ Alicia Keys "My Boo" (2004)

Not Available Interstitial

"A term that will always forecast who is taking up domestic space in your life, Alicia and Mr. Raymond play it anything but coy when it's time to give their all to one another. You got your boo line up right? Well, it's cuffing season...go get em."

Ginuwine "So Anxious" (1999)

Not Available Interstitial

"A track that could serve as the background for the 'first night' or 'first date,' Ginuwine lays the groundwork in an infectious way that we haven't heard in awhile. Word to the wise: don't play this while you guys are eating dinner. Creep move on a trillion."

R. Kelly "Half On A Baby" (1998)

Not Available Interstitial

"As for cuffing season, I don't think we're looking to go half on a baby. However, some of you thirst buckets sell dreams to an extent you're ready to start a family. And in any case, Kellz's 'Half On A Baby' should do the talking for you. And while 'Half On A Baby' is promoting procreation, I am promoting protection. But to each his own. Can't say I didn't warn you."

Drake "Best I Ever Had" (2009)

Not Available Interstitial

"A track like this suggests one has already test drove the cuffing culprit before the cuffing season opener. Talk about selling dreams, the OVO leader has nothing to hide as his intended target is exactly what he's been looking for all summer."

Jamie Foxx "Fall For Your Type" (2010)

Not Available Interstitial

"Cuffing Season could pit you with the right one OR wrong one. If in any case it's the wrong one, play this a couple times and evaluate if the fall is worth it for the fall season."

The-Dream "Playin In Her Hair" (2007)

Not Available Interstitial

"If it's one thing women love, no matter what season it is, it's their hair played in, but not with too much authority. This action can be committed in and/or out the house. But when you touch that hair of hers, keep in mind it's the equivalent of her playing in your beard. Think about it."

Diddy "I Need A Girl" (2001)

Not Available Interstitial

"If this isn't straight to the point, then I don't know what is. Mr. Combs lays all on the line by giving a detrimental need to his domestic life. Brave to say the least, this just might work if the receiver is just as desperate as the giver."

John Legend "Caught Up" (2013)

Not Available Interstitial

"New to Cuffing Season playlists all around, John Legend swoons his way to his selected target without blinking. Clearly we'd like to get caught up, but for some of us men it's hard for us to deliver communication in a respectable manner. Kanye's crooner has got us covered."

Aaliyah "Come Over" (2003)

Not Available Interstitial

Miguel "Adorn" (2012)

Not Available Interstitial

"Really? I have to explain why this is a good addition to the Cuffing Soundtrack?"

Beyonce "Love On Top" (2012)

Not Available Interstitial

"Sing this shit loud and clear in front of her job and the cuffing season might turn into wedding season. You heard what Mr. Graham said: Girls Love Beyonce."

Jodeci "Stay" (2005)

Not Available Interstitial

"Something told you to make that move sooner. Something told you to invite her to the July 4th picnic. The Labor Day day party. But nooooo, you wanted to play it cool and throw your bait back in the ocean. Now look at you, you're the fifth member of Jodeci stretching your vocal chords with Cuffing Season several days away."

Ryan Leslie "Sunday Night"

Not Available Interstitial

Ne-Yo "Can We Chill" (2007)

Not Available Interstitial

"The Cuff is in the title. Ne-Yo, known for his detailed domestic excursions formulates a great cuffing offering with the perfect lead off: 'Can We Chill?' Easy and straight to the point."

New Kids On The Block "Please Don't Go Girl" (1988)

Not Available Interstitial

"The cuff is in the title. You've toyed with wifing her during the summer but you could have sworn there was something better. And now that you've figured out there wasn't, babygirl is tired of waiting. The mental stamina to keep this golden goose around will keep you occupied til NYE."

Janet Jackson "Anytime, Any Place" (1993)

Not Available Interstitial

"There aren't many baby-making cuts on this soundtrack but if I had to choose one, and believe me I have a couple on tuck, this is a go to one. This should be used to demonstrate the sexual chemistry between you and your partner. Keep it on ice until you know your cuffer is a freak. Again, another gutsy call in the line of Cuffing Season."

Another Bad Creation "Iesha" (1990)

Not Available Interstitial

"There comes a time where you have to back track to how you first did things with the opposite sex. It's not always about fancy dinners and limitless metro cards. Sometimes stepping to shorty with a note that says 'Do you like me?: Yes or No' does the trick just fine, fella."

Amerie "Why Don't We Fall In Love" (2002)

Not Available Interstitial

"This is STRICTLY for the BFFs who've had the SHITTIEST luck during the Summer trying to find that fling. It's come to the point both parties are ready to throw that domestic hail mary in the air and see where it lands. So, one drunken night they find themselves in each others company, touch on the subject of not finding a significant other all Summer, and utter out the words with their eyes and mouths in each others direction: 'Why don't we fall in love?'

Alicia Keys f/ Drake "Unthinkable (Remix)" (2009)

Not Available Interstitial

Dru Hill "Beauty" (1998)

Not Available Interstitial

"This is a gutsy call. This might have to be an audible that you pick when everything in your Cuffing Season playbook fails. Dru Hill's shooting percentage with the women was high back in the day so this might be a song you keep tucked in the back pocket until all other options are exhausted."
