Salaam Remi grabs Corinne Bailey Rae for his latest track "Makin' it Hard for Me."
The veteran producer's backdrop here is one to marvel, which blends violin strings, lush piano arpeggios and a warm drum pattern that alone would be worth the price of admission. But then Corinne Bailey Rae pops in, and from there it becomes a touch of heaven from the British songstress. Three years removed from releasing her proper studio album The Sea, it's clear from Rae's performance here that she hasn't missed a step.
Salaam Remi's album One: In the Chamber will be released September 30.
