The 2013 MTV Video Music Awards Winners

MTV's 2013 Video Music Awards just finished. Nominees include Macklemore, Drake, and Miley Cyrus, among others. Meanwhile, the show will feature televised performances from stars such as  Kanye West and Justin Timberlake. There has been a lot of hype and fanfare surrounding the show throughout the last week, with speculation as to who would win the coveted awards. Below is the full list of the award winners.
