At tonight's Teen Choice Awards on Fox, Harry Styles, lead heartthrob of British heartthrob band One Direction and noted twerking enthusiast, twerked while Darren Criss of Glee beatboxed. New records for oddest twerk were achieved, as were new levels of teen (tween?) twerking awareness, with the event causing pandemonium on social media.
Yes, the kids of America have more twerkers than just former Disney Channel star Miley Cyrus to look up to now. Parents, shield your children's eyes, this twerking trend is only going in one direction: straight toward polluting our youth.
