In the world of erotic jungle creatures, it's a well known fact that the Sex Panther reigns supreme. They also happen to be a couple of crazy talented LA based producers who throw up more bangers than an Aaron Hernandez bathroom selfie. Ryan Fontana and Aaron Cool have been touring the country all summer and are about to end it with a trip on the Groove Cruise from LA to Mexico, and with new tunes like "Oxytocin" on the way, we were interested in hearing what makes their clocks tick. So if whether you're a fan or you just want to see what feeds the beats, check out this edition of Five Tracks featuring the boys of Sex Panther.
Sander Van Doorn - "Neon"
Aaron: Sander has always been one of my favorite producers, and this track has an uplifting vibe that just makes me feel like I am back at one of my earliest festival experiences.
Eric Prydz - "Layers"
Aaron: I love the disco groove that he incorporates into the track, but mainly this is a really fun and different track to play for the crowd!
Vicetone - "Tremble"
Ryan: This track is both fun and drivey, with a heaping spoonful of rock and roll. It encapsulates our live sound on all levels... +10 to Vicetone for the killer work on this track.
DVBBS & Borgeous - "Tsunami"
Ryan: Our good friend Borgeous shared this with us the day he got out of the studio, and the hype is real. Been watching it dominate at festivals, and luckily we are lucky enough to have a promo copy ;)
Sex Panther & Brian Matrix - "Right Now"
Usually you get sick of hearing your own track by the time it's ready to be released, but Pat Monahan's vocals on this one are just too contagious. It drops August 26th on Beatport, so you'll see what I mean.
