Great to see deadmau5 sharing some new material, even if it's of the unexpected 10-minute variety, named after a rare order of fish found in the Indian Ocean and Indonesia. Something about this one feels like a approaching a banging rave underwater, so it makes sense. Like you know that feeling when you get out of whatever vehicle transports you to festivals, and you stand outside in the parking lot, hearing that pulsating beat? We'd love for this to be that welcoming beat. Deadmau5 doesn't waste the 10 minutes, either; he makes for proper time to have sounds steadily creep in and out, bringing all kinds of tension into the mix. One of these days we'll get some release dates, but for now, wrap yourself up in this one.
UPDATE It looks like the mau5 remixed "Coelacanth" with, well, "fck a coelacanth."
