England’s Glastonbury is one of the biggest, most storied festivals on the planet. The 24-year-old producer James Blake is from England. The posterboy of post-dubstep knew he had to put on for the homeland, and he delivered, playing material from 2011’s self-titled and this year’s Overgrown during his hour-long reign over the audience of Glasto’s John Peel Stage.

Predictably, one of the highlights was Blake’s performance of the latter album’s “Retrograde," which, as on record, seems to be levitating as it goes. Also, Blake's velvet vocal tones have us thinking: If Vernon’s ever not down, Kanye should holler at this guy.

Overgrown is out via Polydor/Republic.
