Our family over at Pigeons & Planes hit up the Pitchfork Festival this month, and came back with some dope insight. Watching this video of DJ Rashad's set from the festival, we're kicking all kinds of parts of our own bodies for not going. Aside from being able to see TNGHT, we would have gotten the ability to witness DJ Rashad knocking out some awesomely intricate footwork bangers. You get to hear him drop his collaboration with Freshmoon, "Everybody," as well as a number of cuts that you'll know instantly from classic hip-hop tracks. With DJ Spinn playing hypeman, DJ Earl in the background loving what he's hearing, and the cat doing some fly footwork moves onstage, maybe some of you naysayers might understand why we geek out over footwork music.
