Seattle rapper Sol has been slowly but steadily building his musical repertorie over the last few years, and on September 10 he'll be releasing his new EP, Eyes Open.

The first record from that project is "Jump In," a radiant cut that details Sol's penchant for an adventurous lifestyle. His voice is charmingly smooth, delivered over layered production from his in-house crew The Zillas (made up of fellow Seattlites Elan Wright and Nima Skeemz). When Macklemore told us, "I also think Sol is somebody to look out for. He’s doing great things," he wasn't lying.

Sol will be embarking on a West Coast tour to promote Eyes Open in mid-September. You can find more details here.
