Justin Timberlake's "Tunnel Vision" Video Won't Be Removed from YouTube Despite Nudity

Sometimes exceptions are made.

None

Justin Timberlake caused a minor stir after releasing his video for The 20/20 Experience's "Tunnel Vision" due to the clip's female nudity. Now, in light of Robin Thicke's similarly racy "Blurred Lines" video being pulled from YouTube, a Google rep has written a statement explaining why Timberlake's video remains on the site.

"While our Guidelines generally prohibit nudity, we make exceptions when it is presented in an educational, documentary or artistic context, and take care to add appropriate warnings and age-restrictions," the rep said earlier today. Timberlake's video, evidently, is exceptional and won't be taken down anytime soon.
