Justin Bieber Raps Eminem's "Lose Yourself" in Detroit, Messes Up First Line

Justin Bieber is a bigger rap fan than people give him credit for, and while performing in Detroit last night, the 19-year-old pop star paid homage to Eminem by covering "Lose Yourself." Err, attempted to.

In the clip above, you can hear Bieber mess up in the very first line ("His palms are heavy," instead of the original, "His palms are sweaty"). This isn't the first time Bieber has rapped to "Lose Yourself" onstage, either. In fact, he's almost made it a ritual to perform the song when he visits Detroit (here's him in 2009; another time in 2010).

Respect where it's due, Justin, but it doesn't take a rap genius to get these memorable words right.
