What happened? Michael A. Dotro—a 10-year veteran of the Edison Police Department's Internal Affairs Unit—allegedly firebombed his captain's home last week while the man was inside with his wife, two children, and 92-year-old mother. Captain Mark Anderko and his family escaped the blaze, but their home was seriously damaged. Dotro was suspended in 2005 and 2008 for incidents he was eventually cleared of,. He was also arrested in 2008 after getting into a fistfight with his elderly neighbor. 

Complex says: Sigel's goon status is not to be questioned. Dotro's sanity should certainly be questioned, and his future is in question. At some point, you have to practice some chill.

What happened? In April, Jeffrey Kyle Harrison was arrested for selling prescription drugs behind a Citgo in Arkansas. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver.

Complex says: Who would've imagined that one of the many drug-dealing references 2 Chainz is responsible for would play out in real life?

Location: Phoenix, AZ

What Happened?: Ride or die chicks know the risks they're taking, so they stash drugs in secure places like it's nothing—or because they have no choice. Last month, a police officer in Phoenix pulled over 25-year-old Alberto Reyna for driving recklessly. They found a loaded .380 on him and a loaded .45-caliber handgun in his car's center console.

After the officer asked 23-year-old Stephanie Lopez to sit on the curb, she admitted to having marijuana on her—or rather in her. Police say she removed a glass pipe and plastic baggy containing marijuana from her vagina, and she came clean about hiding it for her boyfriend. Lopez was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, while Reyna was booked on drugs and weapons charges.

Complex says: There's little you can do when you're hiding that loud where the sun don't shine. Still, props are indeed a true thug's wife, and Lopez deserves some for trying to hold her man down. (Not that we glorify selling drugs or anything.)

What happened? Last December, aspiring rapper Wafeeq Sabir El-Amin attempted to sacrifice his friend to the Illuminati in exchange for a successful career.

The 27-year-old allegedly told his friend, "You are my sacrifice," before firing a shot near his head. The bullet struck the man's hand instead, sending bone fragments straight into his eye. Somehow, the man was able to fight the gun away from El-Amin and shoot him in the gut before escaping.

Information about the Illuminati's relationship to hip-hop was recovered inside of his home, along with more than a pound of marijuana. El-Amin was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, malicious wounding, and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

His defense is that he smoked so much weed that he has no recollection of what happened that fateful fight. A grand jury indicted him even though he doesn't have any priors. The trial—which will reportedly dig into the music industry's relationship with that organization lurking in the shadows—is set to begin next month.

Complex says: This dude is neither amazing, nor a mason. There's a legion of failed rappers who could've told El-Amin that you can't force your career to happen.

What happened? While we're not condoning selling drugs, any mention of drugs being sold out of an ice cream truck can't help but bring a smile to your face. That's probably because it's a reminder of Big Worm and Master P's 1996 classic track, "Mr. Ice Cream Man." 

Last March, sheriff's deputies in Charles County, MD caught 20-year-old Alexander Hoskins allegedly selling drugs out of an ice cream truck. Deputies stopped the truck and drug-sniffing dogs picked up the distinct smell of marijuana, which Hoskins allegedly had stashed inside of his underwear. They deduced that he used the ice cream truck to covertly sell weed to kids, for which he was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Complex says: Even though Hoskins brought "Mr. Ice Cream Man's" hook to life, Master P, now a role model, would not approve.

What happened? This right here is almost too perfect. In late 2011, a man took his '08 Chrysler minivan to the mechanic, who made a shocking discovery: 19 packages of cocaine worth $500,000 inside of the door panels.

Psychologist Charles Preston bought the vehicle for $14,000 the previous year; how often does a car's value increase after it's been driven for a year? The origin of the drugs is unknown, and Preston should be lucky that the mechanic found those bricks before their owner—or the police—did.

Complex says: Pusha is always on point with his arrogant drug dealer lyrics, and this reference to a sneaky method of cocaine trafficking matches the story with frightening accuracy. It totally justifies paying over sticker price when the cash is underhanded.
