From Angelous to Sacario Jay-Z has had his fair share of imitators. But this guy took his Jay imitation to another level, even going so far as time travel to 1939 for this photograph...although why he did so in Harlem, rather than Brooklyn, remains a mystery.
In all seriousness, the photo was posted by the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture at the New York Public Library, who immediately noticed the subject's resemblance to Brooklyn's Finest. Did the Carter family migrate from Harlem? Will Jay encourage the Nets to move to Manhattan next?
Or is that actually Jay himself, struggling to fix the Flux Capacitor? Perhaps he's really 90+ years old? The world may never know.
