In part one of his sit down with HardKnockTV, Scarface had a lot on his mind. He grabbed headlines for essentially warning that rap would soon become a white dominated genre much like rock has.
In part two of his interview, he's basically saying more of the same, but here he laments a bit more on the overall decline of hip-hop as a culture. Though we must admit, the first time around his words sounded prophetic, but this time around he just sounds bitter as he laments the decline of a genre that's left him behind.
And to answer his question about why kids can't play instruments like they used to, we'd point right to the slashing of school programs for the arts.
