Fresh off his departure from G.O.O.D. Music, Kid Cudi is back to promoting his upcoming album, Indicud. In the clip above, he chops it up with the L.A. Leakers about his film scoring ambitions and previews the project's intro, which is on a very abrasive, Depeche Mode in 1989, type wave. That's a good thing.

Here's what he had to say about the LP:

"I'm super proud of it. It's something people have never heard before. It's gonna take you through so many different realms. It's such a nice piece of work. It's good for acid. It's good for 'shrooms. It's good for just chilling, having a drink, having a party. It's good for all because it's just a positive energy throughout the album, even though there's an aggressive tone."

Indicud hits stores on April 23.
