MTV2 has premiered the latest music video for P.A.P.I. The video is for the song "Built Pyramids," the long-awaited collaboration with Queens's OG Large Professor. The video is shot almost entirely in Queens, with a cameo from another veteran of the borough, Prodigy.
It's nice to see a rapper with mainstream aspirations return to his roots like this, and the beat on "Built Pyramids" is one of the hardest of 2013. The song will appear on P.A.P.I.'s upcoming Student of the Game album, which is slated to drop on April 16.
