Borrowing its chorus from the mega-successful "I'm On One," "Trust Issues" finds Drake at his most vulnerable, and perhaps his most personable. A more openly R&B song than usual, this slow-burner gets at the core of what makes Aubrey such an open book. Few rappers would dare turn the pace down this low in order to carve out a drunken exploration of one's own shortcomings. This is Drake as half-asshole, half-scored lover, making girls leave their cell phones on the table when they come to hang out. Even after that, he only trusts one girl well enough to mix his lean. It's an odd, but endearing problem to have. LPP
