A 20-year-old man has been charged with murder in the shooting death of another man near rapper French Montana's tour bus in Philadelphia last week. During the incident, a 27-year-old man was shot in the abdomen and died at the hospital. Another was shot in the shoulder.
According to Philly.com, police have charged Frank Briggs with murder for the incident. He's also been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, weapons offenses and related charges, the report said. Montana has maintained that his show was peaceful, and that he had nothing to do with the shooting.
