During Kanye West's radio rant earlier today on Hot 97, he told DJ Enuff that Lil Wayne is "the No. 1 rapper in the world," grouping him with Eminem and Jay-Z as the "greatest rappers of all-time." In response, Lil Wayne took to Twitter tonight to show his appreciation for 'Ye's statement, calling it the "ultimate compliment." See Weezy's tweet below.
