Fresh from the hospital, Lil Wayne returns today, crazy as ever, to update his legions of fans. Weezy, who apparently doesn’t completely understand cameras, posted the video above today to thank everyone for their support during his health scare and to say that he’s feeling “more than good.”
The subject quickly turned to Wayne’s upcoming projects, including I Am a Human Being II, about which he says, in a questionable move of salesmanship, “you can get that shit or not, it’s whatever.” Next up, Tunechi brought out his pal T.I. to talk about their “Amerikaz Most Wanted” tour and, more importantly, barbecue.
