Justin Timberlake's "The 20/20 Experience" Sold Almost One Million Copies In Its First Week

Talk about a comeback: Justin Timberlake's new album, The 20/20 Experience sold almost one million copies in its first week and will debut at No. 1 on the Billboard charts. His third album has sold 980,622 units so far, according to Hits Daily Double.

Justin’s new album is the biggest debut for a male artist since Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter IV, which sold 964,000 units in 2011. The 20/20 Experience is also the fifth highest debut, so far, of this decade. 

This will be Timberlake’s second No. 1 solo album.

Timberlake has kept himself busy this year with his Grammy performance alongside Jay-Z, his week spent on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and gearing up for his Legends of the Summer tour with Jay-Z. He's also slated to drop another album later this year.

UPDATE. According to Billboard, Justin Timberlake's album The 20/20 Experience has officially debuted at No. 1 with a total of 968,000 copies sold. Congrats, JT!
