In Beyonce's recent Life Is But A Dream documentary, the singer mentioned how difficult it was to part ways with her father and manager, Matthew Knowles. Apparently, Knowles isn't taking it so well either, according to a recent interview with UK newspaper The Sun. “It was hard for me to let her go — it was hard for both of us to let each other go," he told the paper. "And let’s be clear on that. She didn’t let me go, we both let each other go. That’s a big difference."
The paper also speculates that Knowles has yet to meet Beyonce's daughter, Blue Ivy. It's challenging enough to sever professional ties, but splitting from close family must be something entirely different.
