According to a tweet just sent out by YMCMB's own Mack Maine, Lil Wayne has been released from Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles and is "headed home." This is great news, as it was only days ago that the hip-hop world was sent into a state of shock when reports hit the web that Weezy was on his deathbed.
