Billboard spoke with both P. Reign and A$AP Rocky on the set of the video shoot for their upcoming track, "We Them N***as." The collaboration will be appearing on P. Reign's mixtape, Dear America, and was shot at Toronto's Silverline Studios.
According to Rocky, the goal behind the video is the showcase the lifestyles of both America and Canada. Rocky appreciates the Toronto upstart for his creativity and experimentation, saying, "That's why this s**t just goes together perfectly, because mother f**kers ain't afraid to take risks."
P. Reign, a Drake affiliate who has "REPS/OVO" listed on his Twitter profile, also spoke on the vision and concept for his upcoming Dear America project, which will feature French Montana, Waka Flocka Flame, and Drizzy himself. When asked about the project, the rapper said, "You can expect versatility."
"We Them N***as" is set to be released soon, with Dear America dropping later in 2013.
