Rihanna Will Perform With Bruno Mars and Sting at the Grammys

Kelly Clarkson was added to the lineup, too.

It was announced last night that Rihanna will be performing alongside Bruno Mars and Sting at the upcoming 55 Annual Grammy Awards this Sunday. The Grammys' Twitter account sent this out last night: 

However, a formal press release was sent out earlier today announcing the unexpected trio performance. 

Rihanna is nominated for three Grammys including Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for "Talk That Talk f/ Jay-Z" as well as Best Pop Solo Performance for "Where Have You Been" and Best Short Form Music Video for "We Found Love f/ Calvin Harris." Mars is up for Best Rap Song for "Young, Wild & Free" along with Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa. 

This adds yet another huge name on the already-stacked list of performances. So far, the following performances have been announced:  

  • Frank Ocean
  • Justin Timberlake
  • The Black Keys
  • FUN.
  • Kelly Clarkson
  • The Lumineers
  • Mumford & Sons
  • Taylor Swift
  • Carrie Underwood
  • Jack White
  • Elton John and Ed Sheeran
  • Alicia Keys
  • Maroon 5
  • Dierks Bentley and Miranda Lambert

Additional performers will be announced soon, according to the press release. The Grammys will air live on Sunday on CBS from 8 to 11:30 p.m.
