It’s been a full year now since Ericka Lee sued her ex-boyfriend Drake and now, finally, this story has a resolution. In case you missed it, Lee filed a lawsuit against Drizzy early last year, claiming that she should have been given a co-writing credit for the sample of her voice saying, “Are you drunk right now?” on Take Care's “Marvin’s Room.”
Now, as of February 2, the pair has come to an agreement. There’s no word yet on the details of the settlement or if any money ultimately changed hands.
