Just days after his brawl with Frank Ocean, Chris Brown is in hot water once again. After his assault case with Rihanna back in 2009, Brown was sentenced with 180 days of community service in his home state of Virginia, which he had supposedly completed.

According to a new report from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, however, Brown’s community service papers included “significant discrepancies indicating at best sloppy documentation and at worst fraudulent reporting.” While the Richmond chief of police is backing up Brown’s story, it seems that no officials supervised Brown during the vast majority of his service dates. Furthermore, Brown was seen at various events outside of Virginia on several days on which he was supposedly doing his service.

Due to these discrepancies and various other probation violations (such as the run in with Ocean), the D.A. is now asking Brown to serve his 180 days in Los Angeles with stricter supervision.
