As we learned early last year, there’s an Ol’ Dirty Bastard biopic in the works with Michael K. Williams taking the lead. Best known for portraying Omar Little on The Wire and Chalky White on Boardwalk Empire, the actor recently went method with the roll, performing ODB’s classic “Brooklyn Zoo” on stage.
It all went down at Brooklyn Bowl’s recent Sandy Relief Concert and, luckily, the whole thing was caught on video. If his performance here is any indication, this ODB biopic might actually be something to get excited about. Watch the clip up above.
