Georgia chillwaver Washed Out has a new track out today thanks to Philips’ “Sound of Creation” campaign. Appropriately entitled “The Sound of Creation,” the bedroom composer apparently crafted the song with an array of foley sound effects, as used to enhance audio in film post-production.
