In early 2011, violence broke out when security guards began shooting at a man, Antonio Stukes, and his friends as they approached Waka Flocka Flame in Charlotte, N.C. The guards claim that they believed the men where attempting a robbery.

Stukes would go on to sue the rapper's management firm and this week, a court ruled that he must be paid $500,000. Stukes, who was struck in the shoulder by a bullet, is currently serving time related to a robbery in Charlotte last month.
