The-Dream has been busy producing for Rihanna (he co-produced three songs on her latest album Unapologetic including her duet with Chris Brown) and working with Beyonce on her upcoming fifth album. But as we reported last month, he has plans to release his Terius Nash:1977 album, which he dropped last year on the Internet for free, officially in physical form on December 18, just in time for Christmas. He then plans on putting out his new album, IV (he got rid of the MMXII from the title), in March of 2013.

The-Dream previewed a few songs last year at a listening session in New York, including a sexy joint titled "Foreplay," and a collaboration with Gucci Mane "Paid." Expect both of those to be on IV when it is released next year.
