The Hurricane Sandy benefit concert tonight just got a little more interesting. It has been announced that Paul McCartney will be performing with Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic, or in other words the two remaining artists from Nirvana.
Though they will not perform some of the band's classics, such as "Smells Like Teen Spirit" or "Lithium," they have been secretly practicing new material for the concert. This will also mark the first time Grohl and Novoselic have performed on stage together in over 20 years. What do you guys think of Sir Paul stepping into the late great Kurt Cobain's shoes?
