Meek Mill continued his promotional run behind his debut album, Dreams & Nightmares, last night with a performance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. He and guest Kirko Bangz ran through "Young & Gettin' It" with a little help from Fallon's house band, The Roots. But as if that wasn't enough, they got Funkmaster Flex to handle scratching duties on the hook. You can watch the performance above.
