Lil Wayne was expected to release his follow-up to Tha Carter 4 on December 11. Now, fans will have a bit longer to hear some brand new music found on I Am Not a Human Being II. The album is pushed to sometime in 2013. It is still set to include the lead single, “My Homies Still,” featuring Big Sean.
